I would recomend the book Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone to anybody who likes books with sequals. This book has seven books total in the whole series. The second book is called Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. I would recomend that book to anybody who read the first book too.
I would also recomend this book to anybody who likes magic or likes to read about magic. Basically the whole book was about magic, wizards, and witches so it has a lot to do with magic. They also learn a lot about magic in the book.
I would also recomend this book to people who like books that take place in a modern setting. While Harry is still in the regular human world the book takes place in a modern time. I believe the book is suppose to take place in the middle of the 90's.
I would also recomend this book to people who like books that have movies that go with them. The whole Harry Potter series has a movie to go with it. All of the movies are very popular and i have personally saw every one that has came out. Personally i like the books much better than the movies.
I would reccomend this book to people who like books that take place in a different country. This book parcially takes place in London, England. The rest of the of the book takes place in a fictional where Harry and his friends go to school at Hogwarts. I would also reccomend the book to people who like books that take place in foreign places that do not exist such as Hogwarts.
I also would recomend this book to people who like books with dramatic seens it them. This book had some dramatic seens when there was some sort of contreversal event that happened that caused a fight or tension to happen in the book. I personally really enjoy books when there is some sort of tension or conflict happening.
Over all I really liked the book and i would read it again. It is a very good book.

Choice Book Report Part 1: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone
The main character in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone was of course, Harry Potter. Harry Potter is unique from most of the other characters in this book because of what he has gone through in his life. Harry loses his parents at a very young age and doesn't know anything about them. Plus, when his parents were killed voldemort tried to kill harry too, but he failed. When he failed to kill him he left a noticable scar on his forhead that aches him at time to time. Because his parents were killed, Harry is forced to live with his horrible aunt, uncle, and there spoiled son and Harry's cousin, Dudley. Harry's aunt, uncle, and cousin treat him very poorly. They blame him for things he did not commit and they make him sleep in the cellar under the stairs. His aunt and uncle didn't even bother to tell the correct way his parents died. But living with his horrible relatives only made him stronger and have a better appreciation for life. Harry Potter is a very confident person. I belive he is confident because of his roll on the quidditch team. He took on one of the most imortant rolls on the team even tho he was just learining how to play and he was one of the youngest people out there playing in front of the whole school. I also think he is brave for bending the rules of Hogwarts and basically everywhere else. In my opinion Harry is easy to get along with. He seems to have a lot of friends at school and he appears to be popular everywhere he goes. He was even a celebrity and he didn't even know until he found out he was a wizard. He is also very mature. An example of this is basically being the only person for himself until he went to Hogwarts and met new people to help support himself. Over all I think Harry is a very stable person who could live independantly if he chose to but decides not too. I also think that even for a make believe character he is a very inspiring person.
